Bookish Post: POP figures I want (Part 1)

As a lover of books, movies and tv-series, I’ve found Funko’s pop figures as a nice thing to add to my bookshelf. At the moment I only have a few, but there’s A LOT of them that I really really want. So I thought, why not make a list!

In this part I’m taking all of the Disney figures I want!

#49 Alice

#36 Mad Hatter

#177 Mad Hatter

#35 Chesire Cat

#179 Queen of Hearts

#182 McTwisp

Alice in Wonderland has always been a favorite of mine, both book and movie. Alice has been one of my favorite female characters of all time, and she continues to be so every time I read the book or watch the movies.

#27 Ariel

The Little Mermaid has also been a big favorite since I was a kid, but I never actually read the real story, which is kind of sad, but I might one day.

#09 Maleficent
#145 Aurora
The reason I have these two characters are because, well, first of all Maleficent has been my favorite villain of all times – and that love just grew when I saw the movie with Angelina Jolie.

#25 Peter Pan

Peter Pan has always been a favorite story of mine, and it’ll continue to be so for as long as I live. I already have Tinkerbell, so having Peter Pan would just make my shelf more complete.

#21 Belle

I always liked Belle, she was my kind of character – the love of books and the belief that everyone had some good in them.

#41 Cinderella

Cinderella because I always thought that the story of a girl who kind of fought her way from poverty to royalty always was kind of inspiring.

#42 Evil Queen
#08 Snow White

One of my favorite stories is Snow White, and the evil queen freaked me out as a kid.

#57 Merida

This is kind of funny, but out of all the Disney movies, Brave is the movie I’ve watched the most as an adult. Merida has become my absolute favorite Disney Princess, and I just love the story so much.

#51 Mary Poppins

Mary Poppins wasn’t a favorite as a kid, but growing older I fell in love with the story and the character.

#100 Mowgli

Mowgli is awesome, and I love the Jungle Book.

#124 Lilo
#159 Stitch

Also a movie I watched a lot, but when I was older though, this was like my favorite movie and tv-series when I was like in 5th grade.

#52 Jasmine

I always thought that Jasmine was the prettiest princess, and I wanted to look like her so much as a kid!

#166 Mulan

Because she’s one of the most badass characters of all time!

#172 Captain Jack Sparrow
#175 Elizabeth Swan

I love The Pirates of the Caribbean!

#197 Pocahontas

Fun fact: My mom told me that when I watched Pocahontas as a two-year old, I cried when Smith had to leave Pocahontas – and she couldn’t believe how I could understand what was going on.

#97 Robin Hood

Love the story and the Disney movie!

#147 Rapunzel & Pascal

Also one of the most badass female characters in Disney history!

#85 Simba

#86 Timon

#87 Pumbaa

I watched The Lion King as a religion when I was a kid. I knew all the lines and I used to force my grandfather down on the floor to play The Lion King with me when I was a kid. They have this home movie of us when I was crawling around making lion noises and telling my grandfather what he had to say.
